Bell Tower & Prayer Garden             -             Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church     -     Sierra Vista, AZ

The bell tower (left) at Our Lady of the Mountains depicts the 7 Biblical references to the Virgin Mary in chronological order from the Annunciation at bottom to her ascension at the top. It measures 8’ (w) x 24’ (h). The image on the right is an 4’ x 8’ ceramic relief depicting the Sorrowful Mysteries of Christ. The prayer garden is made up of art of mixed cultures. A Celtic Art style also helped to emphasize the suffering of Christ.
